Construction works on the 26 villas of The Avenue, located in the Nueva Andalucía residential area in Marbella, continue to progress at a steady pace, consolidating a key phase of the construction process.
Currently, works are focused on the execution of the structural framework and retaining elements, with many of the villas already in the reinforced concrete structure phase, defining volumes, levels, and the final positioning of each unit on the site. The complex topography of the plot has required careful planning of earthworks and retaining walls, ensuring the overall stability of the development and its proper integration into the surrounding environment.
At the same time, progress is being made in coordinating the main building services that will be embedded within the structure — drainage, stormwater networks, and telecommunications provisions — optimizing the sequencing of works to minimize interference in subsequent phases. Structural insulation systems and the initial waterproofing solutions for roofs and below-ground areas are also being executed, ensuring the durability and technical performance of the construction system.
The aerial images show the simultaneous development of several units, with foundation slabs, floor slabs, and structural cores at different stages of execution.
