Located in the El Real de la Quinta Resort, a high standing residential area belonging to the municipality of Benahav\u00eds (M\u00e1laga), the Quercus Residential Complex stands, a private urbanization with spectacular views of the lake, the golf course, La Concha and the sea Mediterranean, where after the completion of the first phase in April 2022 we have now completed the second phase, which is made up of 31 multi-family homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms distributed in 6 low-rise buildings, with garages, storage rooms and a community pool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This project innovates with fa\u00e7ades clad in gabion walls to promote the essence of a spectacular environment with nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes have a parking space and a storage room in the basement, as well as communal gardens with native vegetation and a children’s and adults’ pool with saline chlorination, as well as changing rooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
