In the Bel Air residential area<\/strong> of Estepona<\/strong>, the Naghoi Hotel<\/strong> reaches completion \u2014 an architectural project that combines contemporary design with efficient construction solutions. The building stands out for its clean lines and white volumes with sharp edges, executed using systems that ensure high durability in a coastal climate.<\/p>\n

The main structure has been resolved with reinforced concrete and strategically integrated steel columns, allowing for large spans and open-plan spaces, as seen in the common areas and the outdoor space known as \u201cThe Atrium\u201d.<\/p>\n

These solutions make it possible to cover extensive surfaces without visual interruptions, enhancing the sense of spaciousness and connection with the outdoors.<\/p>\n

One of the project\u2019s key elements has been the installation of large-format, high-performance aluminum joinery. Thanks to the use of minimalist profiles and solar-control glazing, interior spaces enjoy continuous natural light without compromising thermal comfort or the building\u2019s energy efficiency.<\/p>\n

The sliding glass walls have been executed with millimeter-level precision to ensure seamless continuity between interior and exterior spaces, particularly in the pool areas, terraces, and lounge zones.<\/p>\n
