Last Saturday, April 18th, we experienced one of those days that go beyond the professional and leave a lasting personal impact. At B.SOL\u00cdS<\/strong>, we celebrated our much-anticipated annual team-building<\/strong> event, bringing together more than one hundred people (112 colleagues) with a clear objective: to connect, disconnect from routine, and continue strengthening our team from a different perspective. For this, we chose a truly unique setting \u2014 Caminito del Rey<\/strong>, one of the most iconic hiking routes in the province of M\u00e1laga.<\/p>\n

From early in the morning, we began our guided excursion alongside La Garganta Activa<\/strong>, who accompanied us throughout the entire journey, providing valuable context and insights that enriched the experience even further. Surrounded by nature, between gorges, walkways, and open views, we found the perfect environment to disconnect from our daily pace, breathe fresh air, and reconnect with one another. It was an emotional and rewarding day, and we ended it with a great sense of fulfillment \u2014 we truly enjoyed every moment.<\/p>\n

Beyond the route itself, this experience allowed us to reinforce something essential: the B.SOL\u00cdS<\/strong> team spirit. Sharing this journey helped us get to know each other better, build trust, and strengthen the bonds between us. It was a clear reflection of how this great family continues to grow stronger.<\/p>\n

After completing the route, we headed to Hacienda Los Conejitos<\/strong>, where another team of outstanding professionals welcomed us with a delicious lunch. The carefully curated atmosphere invited us to relax and enjoy local gastronomy in a peaceful and pleasant setting. It was the perfect ending to such an intense and enriching day.<\/p>\n

Seated around the table, we shared laughter, stories, and reflections about the experience. It was a moment to pause, look back, celebrate what we have achieved together, and further strengthen our connections as a team. Because beyond projects, deadlines, and objectives, we are people building something meaningful together.<\/p>\n

B.SOL\u00cdS DAY<\/strong> reflects our way of understanding the company: a space where professional growth goes hand in hand with personal well-being. We feel grateful to experience moments like this and, above all, to be part of a team that continues to move forward together with the same enthusiasm and commitment as always.<\/p>\n

Just like the Caminito del Rey itself, we know that every stage has its complexity, its rhythm, and its challenges. But we also know that when we move forward together, the path becomes stronger, safer, and ultimately more meaningful. Because in the end, what truly matters is not only reaching the destination, but how we get there \u2014 as a team, sharing every step along the way.<\/p>\n
