This week we want to present you this magnificent villa located in La Reserva del Alcuzcuz urbanisation.

A beautiful property surrounded by nature and with amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea that, as you can see in our photos, are dreamlike.

A project designed by Tobal Arquitectos Architecture Studio and built by BSol\u00eds, where its impetuous modern delineation of cubic volumes without roofs, allows its perfect integration with the environment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The construction is based on the special foundation by means of micropiles, pile caps and slabs, which provides an impeccable elegance.

In the details we can emphasize the great structural splayed in the living room terrace and smaller in the lateral ones of the bedrooms, the floorings of oak wood and beige engraved marbles and floating terrace floorings by means of plots.

The carpentry is made with Technal aluminum with solar control glass and white lacquered wood with hidden joints, bringing warmth and comfort to the entire house.<\/p>
