This week we want to talk about a project that was completed in 2018, but we think it is such a beautiful villa that we want to share it with you.<\/p>

It is a single-family home with 2 floors and a basement, with an outdoor pool of 140 m2 plus a heated pool inside of 60 m2, with a very modern design.\u00a0<\/p>

It stands out for the large dimensions in the aluminium carpentry of panoramic vision, motorized and of minimum profile, which is hidden within the ceiling. Its oak wood carpentry and panelling, as well as its large-format porcelain floorings, provide elegance and simplicity to the whole villa. All these elements are also accompanied by a spectacular LED lighting.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Located less than 200 meters from the beach, is situated in the only gated community of Santa Margarita, next to the Hotel Marbella Club, offering 24-hour security.\u00a0<\/p>

Surrounded by lush vegetation, the villa stands out for its “cube-shaped” style outside but with rounded shapes inside, added to its creative pool, it provides a fun, lively and very original atmosphere.<\/p>

All rooms are open to the covered terrace in front of the swimming pool, giving a feeling of continuity between the interior and exterior.<\/p>
