We show you the results of the construction of “Celeste Marbella”, a luxury residential complex, located in the heart of Nueva Andalucia, one of the best residential areas of the Costa del Sol. The properties are located between Calle Real and Avenida de Los Girasoles, just 5 minutes drive from Puerto Banus and 15 minutes from the city centre. The complex is surrounded by golf courses and boasts magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea and La Concha, the famous mountain of Marbella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Construction of the first phase of the project<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We have completed the construction of the first phase of the project. It consists of seven contemporary-style semi-detached houses with angular architecture. Each house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms distributed on the ground floor, first floor and basement. All in a private community with 24-hour security and a community pool. Thanks to its excellent location, the complex is close to all kinds of services such as schools, supermarkets, restaurants, sports facilities and the beach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
