We present this project of 42 homes in Santa Clara Golf, a development called “Soul Marbella Sunset”. The development is located in Marbella, on a large plot surrounded by the 18-holes Santa Clara golf course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Construction of Soul Marbella Sunset<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A first phase integrated within the exclusive private residential complex “Soul Marbella”. It consists of 28 multi-family homes with 3 bedrooms, with spectacular penthouses with private pool. 12 semi-detached villas and 2 independent villas, with 4 bedrooms, each with its own private garden. All the properties have a garage included. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Features of the properties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The properties have large windows that provide them with natural light and great luminosity. In addition, they are equipped with underfloor heating, porcelain stoneware flooring and fully fitted kitchens. Both the production of hot water and air conditioning, cold and heat is through an aerothermal system. Temperature control is achieved through an Airzone-type zoning system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A complex with all luxury services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These new 42 homes in Santa Clara Golf are part of the “Soul Marbella” residential complex project. Once the rest of the phases have been completed, the communal areas will have  large landscaped gardens and several swimming pools. In addition, the owners will have an amenities area, which will include a fully equipped gym, spa, cafeteria, co-working room and concierge services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
