Last Monday, 8th of November the works started on the development named “Soul Marbella Sunshine”, a private residential complex surrounded by the Santa Clara golf course.

This new phase consists of 50 multi-family homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, with a terrace, as well as a garden on the ground floor and duplex penthouses with the possibility of having their own pool. All have a covered garage.

The homes share very complete common areas with a cafeteria, a gym with a spa, a coworking area, large gardens and pools.

Its completion is scheduled for two years from now.
