new capsule: simed 2021

Last 4th of November, we attended the XVII edition of the Mediterranean Real Estate Exhibition (SIMED), where 170 companies participated and among other events, the Meeting Point of the ACP of Malaga (Association of Builders and Developers of Malaga) was held, an already traditional forum that brought together the CEOS of the main real estate developers in the country, who analysed the current challenges of the sector through two round tables of debate:

– Situation of the markets.

– Future trends.

The real estate sector is in a good moment, but it faces new challenges: a more sustainable and efficient construction and, for this, industrialization is necessary.

Due to its characteristics, Malaga was mentioned as a strategic place for real estate investment and the professionals gathered shared some of their growth strategies, analysing trends such as “build to rent”, “coliving”, homeworking and residential tourism.
