Construction work on Hotel Naghoi, located in the exclusive Bel-Air Urbanization of Estepona, is progressing at a very good pace and has now entered its final phase. This ambitious project is beginning to clearly showcase its modern and elegant character.
In recent weeks, significant progress has been made both on the exterior and interior of the building. The images clearly reveal the clean lines and pure volumes of the architectural design, which combines warm-toned ceramic cladding with large white surfaces and expansive windows that enhance the natural light inside.
On the exterior, urbanization and landscaping are already underway, including the preparation of communal areas and the structure of the main swimming pool, which will undoubtedly be one of the highlights of the guest experience.
The technical team continues to focus on façade finishes, installation of windows and doors, and interior fit-outs—all carried out with meticulous attention to detail and quality.
