Construction work on the exclusive residential project Carat Sky Villas, Phase 2, comprising 48 multifamily homes in the prestigious Reserva del Higuerón development in Fuengirola (Málaga), continues to progress at a steady pace.
Currently, major structural work is underway, with notable progress on the foundation slab and lower floors. As seen in the images, the concrete structure is taking shape with precise and orderly execution, supported by the deployment of tower cranes and advanced formwork systems that help optimize construction times.
The project’s privileged location on a hillside with direct views of the Mediterranean Sea demands meticulous technical execution, particularly in slope retention and treatment. The retaining wall and anchoring system are already largely completed, allowing safe progression to the next construction phases.
Carat Sky Villas Phase 2 represents a model of modern architecture integrated into its surroundings, with spacious, light-filled homes offering spectacular sea views. The images also show the upper building, which is nearly finished and forms part of the residential complex, setting the quality standard that defines this project.
