This week we are sharing the updates on the construction of the exclusive Enebros residential complex, consisting of 48 luxury homes located in the heart of El Real de La Quinta. The works are progressing at an excellent pace, and we are currently in a key phase of the structural development.
As seen in the photos taken this week, much of the structure of the various blocks has already been completed. The concrete slabs are nearly finished, and formwork and reinforcement work for the next floor is now underway. The installation of safety nets at height reflects our ongoing commitment to workplace safety.
Thanks to the project's privileged location, many of the homes will enjoy spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, as well as the beautiful natural surroundings that define La Quinta. This unique setting, immersed in nature and with excellent connectivity, is one of the standout features of Enebros.
In the coming weeks, structural work will continue and masonry work will begin on the lower levels. Our entire team remains committed to the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
