Completion of Road 4 at Estepona Golf Urbanization

We are pleased to present the final result of the construction of Road 4 within the Estepona Golf Urbanization — a civil engineering project we have developed with the goal of providing high-quality urban infrastructure to this expanding residential area, set within a privileged natural environment.

This road, which runs along a gentle slope with direct views of the golf course and is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, has been executed with careful attention to both functionality and landscape integration. The project has included:

• Complete construction of the roadway, with two traffic lanes and flexible pavement made with high-quality bituminous mixes, ensuring long durability and excellent driving comfort.
• Installation of sidewalks on both sides, using prefabricated concrete paving tiles matching the existing models in the area, providing continuous pedestrian access along the entire route.
• Modern public lighting system, featuring energy-efficient LED luminaires mounted on metal poles, ensuring both energy efficiency and optimal nighttime illumination.
• Drainage works and installation of urban utilities, including pipelines for water supply, sanitation, electricity, telecommunications and lighting — all designed to meet current regulations and allow for future expansions.

In addition, a retaining wall made of rockfill has been built on one side of the road as a containment solution adapted to the terrain’s topography. This construction type, composed of large stone blocks arranged in a stepped and stable manner, allows for natural integration into the landscape, ensures slope stability, and facilitates efficient soil drainage.

The images clearly show the proper layout of the road, its connection to other urbanized areas under development, and the planned residential plots on both sides. The construction work was carried out on schedule, without disturbing the natural environment or the existing nearby structures.
