The construction works of the “Tyrian” multifamily building, located on Avenida Litoral in Estepona, continue to progress at a steady pace and already show very significant advances in the structure.
In the most recent pictures, the building has already reached several of its main floors, with the reinforced concrete structure fully erected and defined. Formwork and shoring activities remain active on the upper levels, paving the way for the next phases of construction.
At the same time, the execution of the exterior brick masonry walls has begun, visible on different sections of the lower and middle floors of the building. These works are being carried out progressively, ensuring proper coordination with the structure and with the future installation of the various building systems.
Inside, progress can already be seen in the layout of the spaces that will make up the future homes, while outside, the construction site remains well organized, with material storage, work teams, and machinery fully active. The installation of safety nets and perimeter protections ensures the proper development of the works and guarantees site safety.
With the current progress, it can be stated that the structural phase is entering its final stage, giving way to the works on exterior walls and internal partitions, which will mark the beginning of a new stage in the project’s construction.
