The construction works for The Avenue, a residential development comprising 26 high-end homes located in the Las Brisas area of Nueva Andalucía (Marbella), continue to progress steadily.
At present, the structural phases of most of the units within the complex are underway. In the central area of the site, the foundation slabs and retaining walls have been fully completed, and work has begun on erecting columns and slabs for the ground and first floors. In other areas, activity is focused on reinforcement and formwork of walls and slabs, as well as the preparation of concrete elements that will shape the remaining structures.
The project’s complex topography also stands out, requiring precise planning for earthmoving operations and the staggered execution of different foundation levels. Significant excavation and retaining works have been carried out using reinforced concrete walls and stabilized slopes, optimizing the project’s integration into the terrain.
In parallel, progress has been made on the installation of underground infrastructure, including utility networks and drainage systems, ensuring proper coordination between the various phases of the project. The two tower cranes installed on site allow for simultaneous work on several units, improving overall efficiency.
