In the heart of Elviria, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Sierra de las Nieves, construction work on SIRA Homes is progressing steadily. This residential complex redefines the concept of balance between nature, architecture, and well-being. As the construction company responsible for its execution, we are proud to be part of such an exclusive project that combines technical innovation, sustainability, and contemporary design.
Over the past few weeks, work has focused on the development of the structures and foundations of the different buildings that make up the complex. As shown in the images, the foundation slabs and part of the vertical and horizontal structures have already been completed in several of the blocks, consolidating the first levels of the development. The tower cranes, now fully operational, allow a constant pace in the construction of slabs and walls, ensuring precision and safety at every stage.
Progress is also being made in the construction of retaining walls and drainage systems, essential to adapt the buildings to the natural topography of the terrain, characterized by slopes that offer unique views of both the sea and the mountains. Temporary access routes and storage areas for materials have been set up to optimize on-site logistics in this exceptional natural setting.
The SIRA Homes complex will comprise 21 exclusive residences distributed across seven independent buildings, featuring ground-floor homes with front gardens and landscaped rear patios, and first-floor homes with spacious solariums. One of the buildings will include a unique duplex residence with its own private solarium. All homes will feature private pools, terraces, and outdoor spaces designed to ensure privacy and comfort.
The residences, with 2 and 3 bedrooms, stand out for their functional layouts, the quality of materials used, and their seamless integration with the surrounding environment. Complementing this concept of well-being is a state-of-the-art Wellness Hub, equipped with a gym, dry sauna, hammam, and outdoor fitness areas, promoting the healthy lifestyle that defines the development.
