The construction of Sira Homes in Elviria (Marbella) continues to progress in accordance with the established schedule and is currently at a highly significant stage of structural execution.
At this stage, works are primarily focused on the execution of the reinforced concrete structure of the various buildings that make up the residential complex. As shown in the aerial pictures, both deep and shallow foundations have been completed, along with the retaining walls and structural screens, elements of particular importance given the site’s topography and the existing level differences across the plot.
Many of the buildings are already at the slab construction stage, with slabs and beams being executed at different levels. In parallel, formwork, reinforcement installation and concrete pouring works are being carried out, with the various work fronts carefully coordinated to ensure a proper construction sequence and compliance with the planned schedule.
In parallel with structural works, earthworks, backfilling and drainage operations are being carried out, together with preparatory works required for the upcoming construction phases, including the installation of enclosures, building services and internal urbanization works.
The project is being executed with particular attention to site conditions and ground stability, applying the technical solutions defined in the project and complying with the established quality and safety standards.
