Naghoi Hotel completion in Estepona

━━━━━━━━━※━━━━━━━━━

In the Bel Air residential area of Estepona, the Naghoi Hotel reaches completion — an architectural project that combines contemporary design with efficient construction solutions. The building stands out for its clean lines and white volumes with sharp edges, executed using systems that ensure high durability in a coastal climate.

The main structure has been resolved with reinforced concrete and strategically integrated steel columns, allowing for large spans and open-plan spaces, as seen in the common areas and the outdoor space known as “The Atrium”.

These solutions make it possible to cover extensive surfaces without visual interruptions, enhancing the sense of spaciousness and connection with the outdoors.

One of the project’s key elements has been the installation of large-format, high-performance aluminum joinery. Thanks to the use of minimalist profiles and solar-control glazing, interior spaces enjoy continuous natural light without compromising thermal comfort or the building’s energy efficiency.

The sliding glass walls have been executed with millimeter-level precision to ensure seamless continuity between interior and exterior spaces, particularly in the pool areas, terraces, and lounge zones.

The interior design embraces a palette of warm, timeless materials:

  • Natural wood wall cladding in vertical slats, providing texture and improving acoustics in common areas.
  • Large-format flooring installed with minimal joints to reinforce the sense of spatial continuity.
  • Staircases with solid wood treads and glass balustrades that combine craftsmanship and technical precision, creating a sculptural element of great visual lightness.
  • Custom-built integrated furniture, aligned with the architectural language and optimizing the use of each space.

The hotel’s exterior areas feature non-slip, wear-resistant paving suitable for pool surroundings and high-traffic zones. The pool design has been executed with a clean finish, incorporating stone coping and discreetly integrated water treatment systems.

Green areas are combined with an efficient drainage system that prevents water accumulation and contributes to the preservation of the landscaped environment.

The project also stands out for its technical lighting design, carefully recessed into suspended ceilings and structural elements. Linear luminaires and adjustable spotlights have been used to highlight the building’s geometry without visual interference.

Every junction between materials—wood, glass, steel, and continuous finishes—has been resolved with meticulous attention to alignment, joint cleanliness, and the minimal presence of exposed elements, reflecting the high level of precision achieved in the execution.
