Construction works at the Real de La Quinta Lake Club in Benahavís continue to progress steadily, consolidating a unique project that combines landscape-integrated architecture, complex engineering solutions and a particularly careful construction execution.
At present, the project is at a very advanced stage, with works mainly focused on the completion of the external areas. These activities include perimeter urbanization, the construction of sports courts and outdoor facilities, as well as the landscaping works that will define the final image of the complex and complete the Lake Club experience.
In parallel, specific works are still underway on the lake itself and its immediate surroundings, where the water body already displays its definitive geometry. Carefully shaped perimeters formed and stabilized slopes, and the transitions between water and the natural terrain can be clearly appreciated. All these elements have been designed to ensure both proper hydraulic performance and harmonious integration into the landscape.
The club buildings are at an advanced stage in terms of structure and enclosures, with construction solutions designed to maximize views and strengthen the direct relationship with the water. The roofs, characterized by curved geometries and strong horizontal development, have been executed using systems prepared for future landscaping, reinforcing the project’s sustainable character and its visual integration into the surrounding environment.
The development is now clearly revealing the true scale of the project, where architecture, engineering and the natural environment come together to create a unique space.
