Construction works at Zenity Blau, a development of 105 multi-family residential units located in the La Gaspara urbanization (Estepona), continue to progress steadily and in line with the established schedule.
At present, many of the buildings are in a very advanced structural phase, with most blocks having the slabs of the upper floors already concreted and ongoing works aimed at completing the final levels. As shown in the latest aerial images taken by drone, kindly provided by La Huerta Vázquez–Reina Arquitectura, slab and floor concreting works are being carried out, as well as formwork removal and shoring in the recently executed areas.
In several buildings, roof construction is already underway — a key milestone that allows for the progressive enclosure of the structures and facilitates the gradual commencement of interior works. In parallel, external enclosure works are being simultaneously executed in other buildings, advancing the definition of façades and the compartmentalization of the different volumes within the residential complex.
Likewise, façade finishing works continue to progress, beginning to define the final appearance of the development. In the most advanced buildings, base façade works are being carried out, including the installation of enclosure systems, rendering, and the necessary supports for the subsequent application of the final finishes.
At the same time, installation works such as drainage, ventilation, and service duct provisions are being developed in coordination with the planning and organization of the development’s communal areas.
The residential complex is now clearly beginning to reveal its final volumetry and architectural identity, as well as its integration into the surrounding environment.
