Last 22nd of February we started the construction of Middel Views III, 40 multi-family homes in the urbanization La Ladera in Fuengirola (Málaga). The construction is on a great location, near the promenade and Carvajal beach.
We visited the plot together with the Developer and the Technical Supervision to observe the beginning of the earth works.
Middel Views III is the third phase of the project, which follows Middel Views I, the first phase composed of 84 multi-family homes, and Middel Views II, the second phase of 45 multi-family homes.
Now, our team has started the construction of Middel Views III, which will have 40 multi-family homes with 2 and 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living rooms and terraces. The penthouses will have a private swimming pool. From the apartments you will be able to contemplate impressive views of the sea, thanks to the slope of the plot and the stepped shape of the building. They are very luminous homes. In addition, all of them will have a parking space and storage room. All that in a private urbanization with communal areas, salt chlorination pool, gym, solarium and bicycle parking.
