We show you the progress of the construction of the 3rd phase of the Quercus Residential Complex in Benahavís. The Pascual Group has once again placed its trust in us after the construction of the 1st and 2nd phase of the project, consisting of 36 and 31 multi-family homes respectively.
This 3rd phase consists of 5staggered hillside buildings with 29 new multi-family homes. Each building will have two flats per floor, with 2 and 3 bedrooms and large terraces. They will have a garage, storage room and community pool.
With this 3rd and last phase, this wonderful and innovative project, made up of 18 buildings and 96 apartments in total, is completed.
The Quercus Residential Complex is located in the El Real de la Quinta Urbanization, in Benahavís. It is immersed in a natural environment, surrounded by a golf course, an artificial lake and boasting spectacular views of La Concha and the Mediterranean Sea.
The works began on the 16th of December 2021 and have an expected execution period of 20 months. Currently, the construction is in the beginning phase of the execution of the structure, as can be seen in the photographs.
In this phase of the project, as in previous phases, the use of the BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology has been implemented, which provides benefits in large residential complexes, as is the case of Quercus.
In addition, It is the first development in Spain that has received the BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology) certificate, the world's leading sustainability assessment body.
