In our commitment to sport and solidarity in Marbella and Estepona, for the fourth consecutive year we are honoured to have been sponsors of the Real Estate Sector Fundraising Padel Tournament in its fifth edition. An event that does not only celebrate sport and its health and social benefits, but also has a profound social impact. This event, organised by NVOGA Marbella Realty and held at the prestigious Villa Padierna Racquet Club in Estepona, brought together more than 150 companies from Costa del Sol, all united by a common cause: to support the Building The Future association and its charitable projects. Thanks to this collaboration we provide resources and help to many children and people in need both in Spain and Uganda.
Moreover, we have also joined the solidarity beach volleyball tournament for companies by the same organisation, enjoying a sunny and exciting charity event in Marbella together with other local company teams.
'Building The Future' is a charity association founded in 2019 by the real estate agency NVOGA Marbella Realty, whose mission is to gather the real estate local sector and other companies on Costa del Sol to pool resources and collaboration in support of charitable projects and entities.
In its fifth edition this year 2024, the association has programmed an agenda of corporate solidarity events in Marbella and Estepona to raise donations and forces in favour of its projects in Spain and abroad:
1. Friendly Football Match (23rd May). On 23 May an exciting friendly football match was played at the Serrano Lima stadium in Marbella. The match, called "Spain" versus "The Rest of the World", was not only a display of sporting skills, but also a symbol of unity and solidarity among the participants.
2. 5th Real Estate Sector Fundraising Padel Tournament (24th, 25th and 26th May). For three intense days, from the 24th to the 26th of May, Villa Padierna Racquet Club in Estepona was the epicentre of solidarity paddle tennis in Marbella and Estepona. Teams and companies from all over the region played against each other in a teamwork atmosphere, with the common goal of raising funds for the Building The Future association.
3. Fundraising Dinner (30 May). On 30 May, the Club Med Magna hotel hosted an elegant fundraising dinner in Marbella. This event not only raised additional funds, but also provided an opportunity to reflect on our achievements and future challenges in our common solidarity mission.
4. Beach Volleyball (1st June). On the 1st of June, the Playa del Cable beach in Marbella was filled with enthusiasm with the beach volleyball tournament for companies. This event included a charity bar and paella, making it a perfect day of sport, sun and good food, all in the name of a noble solidarity cause.
