Bonifacio Solís was the official sponsor of the closing of the training season organised by DOM3, the Association of Businessmen and Professionals for High Quality Housing in Marbella, Estepona and Benahavís. The event, which took place on 18th June, once again consolidated DOM3's position as a leading forum for the high quality housing market, both on the Costa del Sol and throughout Spain. Furthermore, this leadership has been reinforced thanks to the incorporation of more than ten new members since spring 2023.
The day included an outstanding training on non-verbal communication for professionals, given by Ana de Puig from En Clave No Verbal. The course provided attendees with useful tools to improve customer service and manage complex situations effectively. The presentation was given in collaboration with B. Solís and Jamena Construcciones, putting the finishing touch to DOM3's cycle of training meetings for high quality housing professionals. As partners of DOM3, B. Solís presented the training and reaffirmed its commitment to excellence and the development of luxury housing.
During the event, DOM3 also welcomed two new associates: Grupo Polo and Ambience Home Design, further strengthening the association's active network of entities, which now exceeds 40 members. Charly Simon, president of DOM3, highlighted the crucial role of the entity in the Costa del Sol industry, underlining the importance of continuous training and synergies between partners to further boost the sector.
