At Bonifacio Solís, we take a step further in real estate training and our commitment to excellence and best practices in our sector and its related fields. Our organisation has joined the Advisory Council of the new Real Estate Chair at San Telmo Business School, a new academic and strategic forum that aims to lead real estate studies and intelligence across Europe.
Our company shares the educational, research and development goals of the Chair, in our effort to promote and value sustainable and high-quality construction driven by a strong real estate market. This is why we have joined the Council, advising and supporting the Chair’s work from the perspective of housing construction, as well as from the principle that our constructi0n quality guarantees the quality of life in the new spaces and homes of the real estate sector.
In September 1982, Fundación San Telmo established an International Training and Development Centre for Senior Management of public and private institutions, better known as the San Telmo Institute. Today, it has become the San Telmo Business School, established as the leading training centre for entrepreneurs and businessmen in Andalusia, with one of its major campuses on the Costa del Sol (Málaga). Its latest innovation has been the creation of the Real Estate Chair and its pioneer participatory programme of real estate research and training, aiming to design and promote better business models for an efficient, modernised, and sustainable real estate sector.
In this participatory programme, the Chair collaborates with businesspeople and sector entities that help to generate appropriate research lines, develop case studies, and promote the Chair. These businesspeople and affiliated entities, such as B. Solís, form the Advisory Council of the Chair through representatives.
The inauguration day took place last June, bringing together the new Advisory Council, the Chair’s management team, and 21 other guests, who gathered to celebrate the launch and share knowledge and perspectives on the future of the real estate market.
