The exclusive Naghoi Hotel, a modern four-star establishment located in the prestigious Bel-Air area in Estepona, is making good progress in its construction works. In recent weeks, the work has seen significant advancements. We have completed the main structure of the building, while beginning the exterior brickwork, a key phase to ensure the structural protection of the building.
This progress already allows us to glimpse the final design, which will feature 22 rooms designed to the highest comfort standards. Once the exterior brickwork is completed, the installation of internal systems such as air conditioning, electricity and finishes will start.
This construction will boost local economy, generating employment both during the current construction phase and the following interior and outdoor design - as well as in the future management of the establishment.
