We are pleased to share the completion of one of our most notable projects: the comprehensive renovation of a single-family villa, located in the prestigious Nueva Andalucía residential area of Marbella.
This is a contemporary-style residence featuring a clean and refined main façade, where a neutral color palette is combined with noble materials. Two imposing columns clad in natural stone frame the entrance, lending the main access a distinguished and robust character. The architecture blends traditional tiled roofs with white walls that open onto a spacious and bright rear patio — the true heart of the home.
This outdoor area is highlighted by a spectacular swimming pool, surrounded by a relaxation zone designed for leisure and outdoor living. The carefully planned landscaping, which includes elegant palm trees, brings freshness and tropical vibes, in keeping with the Mediterranean lifestyle so characteristic of Marbella.
One of the home’s most defining elements is the incorporation of large windows, allowing abundant natural light to flood the interior and creating bright, open and welcoming spaces. The front garden has been meticulously redesigned, featuring a selection of ornamental plants that add vibrancy and color to the environment.
Inside, the house displays a thoughtfully curated contemporary aesthetic. At the center of the space, a large natural plant rises from the lower level, framed by black railings that define a descending staircase fully integrated with the overall design. The walls, along with the columns, are clad in vertical panels of light wood, adding warmth, texture and a natural touch to the interiors.
Among the home’s most exclusive features is the indoor spa area — a true gem of the project. This space includes a covered pool with underwater lighting, surrounded by walls and columns also clad in natural stone, enhancing the sense of warmth and sophistication. On one side, there is a gym; on the other side, there is a sauna and a steam room with tempered glass doors; at the far end, a relaxation area is gently lit with soft, indirect lighting, enveloping the space in an atmosphere of calm and serenity.
