On August 9th, the Real Club de Golf Guadalmina hosted a new edition of the Ronald McDonald House Charity Golf Tournament in Málaga, which this year celebrated its 12th anniversary.
At B.SOLÍS, we had the honor of being one of the main sponsors of this event, which brought together more than 220 golfers and raised over €40,000.
These funds will be entirely allocated to supporting the work of the Ronald McDonald House in Málaga, which provides free accommodation, support, and resources to families with seriously ill children who must travel to Málaga to receive medical treatment.
Played under the Individual Stableford format, the tournament unfolded in an atmosphere of both sport and solidarity, with the support of numerous companies, in addition to regular collaborators and friends of the House.
Participants enjoyed an unforgettable day, which concluded with a charity raffle and auction.
The Ronald McDonald House in Málaga, inaugurated in 2012 and located just 200 meters from both the Maternal and Child Hospital and the Civil Hospital, offers 14 fully equipped rooms, common areas, play spaces, and meeting areas, becoming a true home away from home for families.
In addition to accommodation, the House also provides emotional support and recreational activities, so that children can continue enjoying their childhood despite illness.
