Sira Homes construction progress – 21 homes in Marbella (Iberdrola Inmobiliaria)

The construction works for the Sira Homes project, comprising a complex of 21 multi-family residential units in Marbella, are progressing in accordance with the established schedule. Currently, work is focused on the structural execution of the different buildings, as well as on activities related to foundations, slabs, and auxiliary construction elements.

As can be seen in the aerial images, the various buildings that make up the complex show significant progress in their reinforced concrete structure. At this stage:

• Several buildings have completed the structure up to the first and second floors, with slabs already poured and propped during the curing phase.
• Other modules are finalizing reinforcement and formwork works prior to concrete pouring at new levels.
• The main slabs and beams have already been executed, ensuring the necessary stability to proceed with the next phases of the project.

Due to the characteristics of the sloping terrain, extensive work has been carried out on:

• Perimeter retaining walls, already completed or in the reinforcement phase, essential to guarantee the overall stability of the complex.
• Combined foundation systems, adapted to the different blocks and their respective foundation levels.
• Underground drainage and service conduits, where progress can already be observed in trenches and connections.
