Naghoi Hotel Estepona

4-star hotel located in the Bel Air residential area of Estepona, characterized by an architecture of clean lines and white volumes with sharp edges. The main structure has been developed using reinforced concrete and strategically integrated steel columns, allowing for large spans and open spaces in the common areas and in the outdoor space known as “The Atrium”.

One of the most distinctive elements of the project is the installation of large-format aluminium window systems with high thermal performance. Thanks to the use of minimalist profiles and solar control glazing, the interior spaces benefit from abundant natural light without compromising thermal comfort or the building’s energy efficiency. The sliding windows have been installed with great precision to reinforce the continuity between interior and exterior spaces, particularly in the pool areas, terraces and lounge spaces.

The interior design is based on a palette of warm and timeless materials, including natural wood cladding in vertical slats, large-format flooring with minimal joints, and staircases with solid wood steps and glass railings that provide visual lightness. The project is completed with bespoke integrated furniture and carefully recessed technical lighting that highlights the geometry of the building.

In the exterior areas, non-slip and wear-resistant paving has been used, suitable for pool areas and high-traffic spaces. The pool features stone coping and discreetly integrated water treatment systems, while the landscaped areas incorporate an efficient drainage system that helps preserve the surrounding greenery.
