At BSolis, we also take care of the completion of unfinished projects, such as the project, whose progress we share with you today.

It is a project that consists of 9 isolated single-family villas and swimming pools, a development called “King’s Hills”, located in the urbanization El Paraíso II, ARI E-3 sector, Estepona municipality, the new Golden Mile, a quiet enclave, surrounded by vegetation, a few minutes from Puerto Banús and Marbella and very close to first class golf courses such as El Paraíso Golf and Los Flamingos Golf.

This is the project’s progress:

It is a private gated community of 9 isolated luxury single-family villas, contemporary in style, different in size, which are close to all kind of services, with generous spaces, use of state-of- the-art materials and finishes.

All are distributed over three floors, including a basement with a customizable multipurpose area.

These villas are very Mediterranean, even Ibizan style, due to their avant-garde design, obtained from the combination of the traditional Mediterranean white colour with simple but very elegant lines, which through the use of natural materials such as stone recreate a natural air of unique style.

Again, it is no coincidence that, thanks to our great city, its magnificent location and south-southwest orientation allows you to enjoy the sun all day long with enviable panoramic views that will delight both sunrises and sunsets of true dreams.

Its completion is scheduled for September 2021.
