This week we share the progress of the construction of Seaviews Reserve, the latest project of Reserva del Higuerón Privé. A residential complex of 76 homes located in the coast of Fuengirola, a strategic point for its fantastic connection and views of the Mediterranean Sea in a unique setting.
Seaviews Reserve is a project consisting of a large building of multi-family homes with 2 and 3 bedrooms, 2 or 3 bathrooms, parking spaces, storage room and communal swimming pool surrounded by green areas. The 3-bedroom homes are duplexes and have large terraces.
The complex is located 100 metres from Carvajal beach and 40 meters above sea level, which guarantees sea views from any of the properties. A great location surrounded by all kinds of services, some exclusive to the owners, entertainment venues and only 50 meters from the local electric train station.
It is characterized by its avant-garde design and top-quality materials. In addition, it has other features that make the difference, such as aerothermics, eco-sustainable irrigation system, acoustic insulation, thermal insulation, energy efficiency and home automation.
The kitchen and bathrooms will be fully equipped with designer furniture, appliances, taps and accessories that adapt to the avant-garde and trends in decoration.

As can be seen in the photographs, the works are currently in the lifting phase of the structure. The completion date is scheduled for approximately December 2023.
