Today we would like to share the progress of the construction of Soul Marbella Sunshine, a development of 50 multi-family homes in the Santa Clara Urbanization, in Marbella (Malaga). A private residential complex surrounded by the Santa Clara golf course.
The phase we are working on consists of 50 multi-family homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, with terrace or garden on the ground floor. The duplex penthouses have a tower, solarium and the possibility of their own swimming pool. In addition, all homes have a communal garage and storage room.
Its design uses light so that in each apartment the interior and exterior spaces merge.
The location is unique, ideal for admiring the views of the golf course, the sea and the mountains.
