Construction works at Sira Homes, the residential development comprising 21 multi-family residences in Marbella, continue to progress in line with the established schedule. Following the completion of the structural phase, works are now focused on the interior execution stages, advancing simultaneously across different areas of the project.
As shown in the latest aerial images of the complex, the various buildings have already reached a significant stage in their external enclosure works, allowing interior works and technical installations within the residences to continue. This progress reflects the steady development of a project designed to integrate seamlessly into one of Marbella’s most sought-after residential areas.
At present, several buildings already have roof waterproofing works completed, while interior installations are progressing in the residences where partitioning works have been finalised. At the same time, flooring and tiling works have commenced, marking the transition towards more advanced construction and interior finishing stages.
In parallel, construction continues on the private rooftop pools located within the penthouse residences, one of the project’s distinctive features. Technical coordination and detailed planning across each construction phase remain essential to maintaining the projected schedule and ensuring the successful execution of the development.
