B. Solís has begun construction of a new residential development located in Marbella West, next to San Pedro de Alcántara. The project comprises a contemporary residential complex with 139 homes, offering layouts from one to four bedrooms to suit a range of residential needs.
The development will feature communal areas designed to support the wellbeing and everyday lifestyle of its future residents. Its main amenities will include an outdoor swimming pool, a heated indoor pool and a skypool, all integrated into the architectural concept of the complex.
The project is currently in its initial construction phase. Work is focused on earthmoving operations and the construction of diaphragm walls, both essential steps in preparing the site for the subsequent development of the structure.
