B. Solís has committed to supporting a sports initiative led by Manuel López Rejón, one of the company’s most experienced site managers and a cycling enthusiast.
The initiative aims to bring together colleagues within the company who share a passion for cycling and to organise different rides throughout the year, encouraging regular sporting activity.
As Manuel explained when presenting the project, the aim is to “encourage group sports while enjoying nature and friendship among colleagues. Practising sport as part of a group also helps you become a better teammate.”
The initiative has already brought together more than a dozen participants, including technicians, site supervisors, administrative staff and other professionals connected to B. Solís. These outings provide an opportunity for colleagues from different departments to spend time together and reinforce values such as perseverance, collaboration, mutual support and teamwork.
Other organisations that have joined the initiative and are represented on the group’s cycling kits include our partner companies Zamu Homes, Cristalería Serana, Eurogrúas Raimundo and Meld Tecnia Instalaciones. We are very grateful for all the support they have provided.
