The project, Tyrian Residences, is progressing towards its final phase, with a significant part of the interior works already completed and several finishing elements currently underway.
Inside the properties, the installation of the plasterboard partition walls has been completed, together with the corresponding systems integrated during this stage. Work is now focused on the installation of marble flooring and cladding, progressively advancing towards the completion of the different interior spaces.
At the same time, work continues on the exterior areas of the properties. Façade rendering is currently underway, and the installation of the ceilings on the outdoor terraces has also begun.
Progress is also being made on the installation of the exterior joinery and glass balustrades, elements that will gradually define the final appearance of the development.
With these works underway, the project continues to progress through the planned construction stages and is now entering a phase focused mainly on finishes, final detailing and the completion of installations.
