Construction work at The Avenue Marbella, a residential development comprising 26 detached villas with private swimming pools and communal areas, continues to progress through its different phases.
One of the main recent milestones has been the complete removal of the high-voltage power lines that crossed the site, with these works completed during May. This intervention has freed up space within the construction area and facilitated the continuation of the scheduled works.
At the same time, the characteristics of the terrain have required foundation reinforcement using micropiles along one side of the plot. This intervention has resulted in the rescheduling of the structural works for four villas, while the remainder of the development continues to progress in line with the established programme.
The show villa is now approximately 90% complete. Current works are focused on painting, the installation of sanitary fittings and the final landscaping works.
A first group of four villas has reached approximately 70% completion, with work progressing on ceiling finishes, flooring and façades. The façade works include the installation of the various specified materials, including ETICS, composite cladding, stone cladding and microcement.
Across the next 16 properties, works are at different stages of progress: four are advancing with internal partitioning and installations; another two are beginning this phase following completion of their external enclosures; five have already completed their structural works and are preparing for masonry works; while a further five, together with the building designated for the communal areas, remain in the structural phase.
Finally, excavation and ground reduction works have already begun on the five villas corresponding to the final phase, coordinated with the logistical requirements of the site and the new piling works planned.
With these developments, The Avenue Marbella continues to progress steadily, with structural works, masonry, installations and finishes being carried out simultaneously across the different units that make up the project.
