Sira Homes Progress Update – 21 Multi-Family Homes in Marbella

Construction work at Sira Homes, a residential development comprising 21 multi-family homes in Marbella, continues to progress according to schedule, with visible progress both inside the homes and throughout the development’s communal and outdoor areas.

Inside the homes, the partition walls have now been completed, and work is currently focused on the installation of the various building services. Interior flooring and tiling are also at a very advanced stage.

Externally, work continues to progress across the different buildings within the development, with significant progress being made on the rendering of the façades.

Key milestones achieved to date include:

• Completion of the roof waterproofing works.
• Completion of most of the swimming pools serving the penthouses.
• Completion of the gym structure and external enclosure.
• Commencement of the external paving and internal pathways.

The progress of these works allows the project to move forward towards the next stages of construction.
