B. Solís has completed construction work on Zenity Cyan, a residential development comprising four properties located in the La Gaspara urbanisation in Estepona. With construction now complete, the development showcases the final result of a project in which particular attention has been paid to the interior spaces, outdoor areas and technical installations of each property.
Each property is arranged over several levels and features four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a guest toilet, as well as a spacious garage with room for two vehicles.
One of the property's distinctive architectural features is found in the entrance hall, where a sloping ceiling with an overhead skylight allows natural light to enter from above. This design element brings natural brightness to the space, which is finished with wood panelling that integrates seamlessly into the interior design.
Outdoor spaces also play an important role in the development.
