We undertook replacement of flooring, joinery and paintwork in its 172 rooms, as well as work to improve the disabled toilets. In the reception area, all the flooring was replaced to create a more open-plan space.
The reconditioning of the outside areas meant the installation of a new lift and the construction of Andalusian style ornamental fountains, giving greater emphasis to the Mediterranean style.
