Last Saturday, 20th of May, the VIII Solidarity Golf Tournament was held at the La Zagaleta New Course Golf Club, in the couple’s scramble modality. This event was organized by the Ronald McDonald House in Malaga, a residence that opened its doors in 2012. This house is the second that the Ronald McDonald Children's Foundation, a non-profit organization, has built in Spain and provides free accommodation to families who must move to Malaga so that their children receive long-term medical treatment.
From B.Solís, in our social commitment to the most vulnerable people, we had the opportunity to support this wonderful cause, whose objective is to raise funds to help families with seriously ill children.
The tournament was a great success in terms of participation and the players enjoyed a day of sport and solidarity, as well as having the opportunity to opt for several fantastic prizes.
Subsequently, there was a cocktail party at the Arbonauta restaurant at Club La Zagaleta, where attendees were able to participate in a wonderful charity raffle and thus also contribute to the accommodation of the families that are in the Ronald McDonald House.
Thanks to the participation of all the collaborators, more than 20,000 euros were raised, which will go entirely to the Ronald McDonald House in Malaga.
