Last Saturday, April 18th, we experienced one of those days that go beyond the professional and leave a lasting personal impact. At B.SOLÍS, we celebrated our much-anticipated annual team-building event, bringing together more than one hundred people (112 colleagues) with a clear objective: to connect, disconnect from routine, and continue strengthening our team from a different perspective. For this, we chose a truly unique setting — Caminito del Rey, one of the most iconic hiking routes in the province of Málaga.
From early in the morning, we began our guided excursion alongside La Garganta Activa, who accompanied us throughout the entire journey, providing valuable context and insights that enriched the experience even further. Surrounded by nature, between gorges, walkways, and open views, we found the perfect environment to disconnect from our daily pace, breathe fresh air, and reconnect with one another. It was an emotional and rewarding day, and we ended it with a great sense of fulfillment — we truly enjoyed every moment.
Beyond the route itself, this experience allowed us to reinforce something essential: the B.SOLÍS team spirit. Sharing this journey helped us get to know each other better, build trust, and strengthen the bonds between us. It was a clear reflection of how this great family continues to grow stronger.
After completing the route, we headed to Hacienda Los Conejitos, where another team of outstanding professionals welcomed us with a delicious lunch. The carefully curated atmosphere invited us to relax and enjoy local gastronomy in a peaceful and pleasant setting. It was the perfect ending to such an intense and enriching day.
Seated around the table, we shared laughter, stories, and reflections about the experience. It was a moment to pause, look back, celebrate what we have achieved together, and further strengthen our connections as a team. Because beyond projects, deadlines, and objectives, we are people building something meaningful together.
B.SOLÍS DAY reflects our way of understanding the company: a space where professional growth goes hand in hand with personal well-being. We feel grateful to experience moments like this and, above all, to be part of a team that continues to move forward together with the same enthusiasm and commitment as always.
