Construction of the 26-home residential project “The Avenue” continues to progress in line with the established schedule, adapting to the technical particularities of the site while ensuring a rigorous approach to construction quality and safety at every stage.
Currently, ground consolidation works are being carried out through micropiling in the northern area of the plot, ensuring overall structural stability. This has temporarily impacted the start of structural works on four of the homes.
In the first units under construction, external enclosures, waterproofing, and approximately 80% of the installations have already been completed. The show home is at a more advanced stage, now in the phase of internal partitioning and finishing works. At the same time, in a further eight homes, both the structure and swimming pools are nearly completed, with enclosure works already underway in several of them.
Additionally, the removal of the last high-voltage power line has enabled full deployment of site infrastructure, including the installation of the final tower crane. This milestone has facilitated the start of excavation works for new residential units, maintaining a solid execution pace aligned with the project’s technical standards.
